These bracelets are adjustable and very easy to wear. My wrist size is 7.5” and I comfortably wear a couple of these bracelets with my Apple Watch even. You can wear it tighter or looser, depending on which link you clasp it on. It is also very easy to put on, you don’t need to have someone around to help you! The clasp is large, which makes it very easy to manage with one hand. Also, the weight of the charm prevents it from slipping around your wrist as you are putting it on (I usually start with the charm on the inside of my wrist and then wrap the clasp side around my wrist).
